Complaint / review text: I sent 3items of 9ct jewellery worth approx #163;150#163;200 to the British gold refinery on 15th May. They quickly confirmed they received the items, and offered me 3 different valuations over the next week, despite me declining the first offer on the 17th May they kept on offering various amounts.
