It is ruining driving for me because every time I shift from first to second I feel this grinding force pushing the stick away from second gear. One time, I shifted lightly, (this was when I was first noticing the problem) and the stick flew out of second and into neutral.
As the transmission warms up it may (or may not, this is speculation here) get sticky and since the syncros are fighting the flywheel, cause the grinding you describe. I don''t know any specifics about your car but clutch adjustment mechanism are fairly common in newer cars you need to do research and see if there is anything you can do to adjust your clutch.
